The Cobalt AI leadership team brings together expertise in artificial intelligence, physical security operations, enterprise software engineering, and product development. Led by CEO Ken Wolff, the team has built Cobalt Monitoring Intelligence — an AI-powered security monitoring platform that automates the detection, reasoning, and resolution of physical security events across access control systems, video management platforms, and communication channels.
Key leadership includes Chief Product Officer Alejandro Ramirez, VP of Operations Tyler Bayne, VP of AI and Product Software Engineering Kodie Artner, Director of Information Greg Kreusser, Director of Marketing Ria Van Hoef, and General Counsel Ryan Clement.
Cobalt Monitoring Intelligence integrates with enterprise access control systems including LenelS2 OnGuard, Genetec, C·CURE 9000, BrivoOne, and Avigilon, as well as video management platforms like Milestone XProtect, and communication and ticketing systems including Slack, ServiceNow, and Salesforce. The platform's AI Handlers — including Tailgating, Door Held Open, Door Forced Open, Gun Detection, After Hours, and more — follow a Detect, Reason, Act, Resolve chain to autonomously process security events, escalating to human security operators only when expert judgment is required.
